Founder & Principal

Born and raised in the San Francisco East Bay, Brian comes from a family with a legacy in the new home building sector. He has managed every facet of real estate development — from acquisition and entitlement through development and disposition — focusing on high-quality infill, masterplan, and luxury apartment communities.

His projects have added over 4,000 residential units contributing to more than $4 billion in total sales value. He has held senior leadership roles at a leading national public homebuilder, an international luxury apartment developer, and a top-tier private homebuilder.

He holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a degree from Cal State East Bay.
